Honey Chilli Potato recipe easy and simple//2023

- 2 potatoes, stripped
- 2 cups of water
- Salt according to taste
- 2-3 tbsp cornflour
- ½ tsp red bean stew powder
- ½ tsp ground dark pepper
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- ½ cup oil
- 2-3 tbsp oil for making the sauce
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic glue
- 2 green chilies, hacked
- ½ onion, diced
- ½ capsicum, diced
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 2 tsp bean stew sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
Technique:
Cut the potatoes into long sticks (like French fries). In a pan, heat one and a half cups of water to the point of boiling and add salt and potato sticks. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Move the potatoes to a bowl and channel any overabundance of water. Presently add 2-3 tablespoons of corn flour, red stew powder, and ground dark pepper. Blend it well and profoundly fry till the potato sticks become brilliant brown. Eliminate it and put it away. Heat oil, sauté ginger-garlic glue, and green bean stew on a griddle for 1-2 minutes.
